1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At COMO, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our UK fulfilment centre.
1.1 PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after the daily order cut-off may be processed on the next business day.
1.2 UK DELIVERY TIMES
UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS:
- Standard Shipping: £4.75
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
- Free UK Shipping: Available on orders over £75
Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen disruptions.
- Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
- Tracking details will be provided where available.

1.4 SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
CURRENT UK RATES:
- Orders under £75: £4.75
- Orders £75 and above: Free Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. COMO is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
1.5 LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:
- Check tracking details provided in your dispatch confirmation.
- Contact the courier directly for immediate assistance.
- Notify COMO at info@comoclo.co.uk within 10 days of the estimated delivery window.
We will investigate delivery issues and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund subject to courier investigation.
1.6 FAILED DELIVERIES OR RETURNED ORDERS
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer refusal
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or reshipment.
1.7 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, COMO primarily serves customers within the United Kingdom.
International shipping may become available in future markets.
